Returns Policy:
Travis Meats, Inc., has a long 75-year family tradition of wanting every customer to be satisfied with the quality of their order. We guarantee our puree products like we do all of our products for restaurants, health care, and institutions.
In the event of a problem, please contact us so that we can do the right thing. In some cases we may require the product be returned to us.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, or is wet or leaking, please refuse shipment and contact us right away for a replacement. In the event that you get a product that does not meet our quality guidelines, we will replace the product or credit your account.
